What do Popeye, perfume, pens and packaging have in common? They are all the subjects of trade mark protection. “Trade mark protection is not an obvious consideration for protection of the unique shape or configuration of a product”, writes Lance Scott, Principal, in Issue 28, July edition of Curve, the design and product development magazine.
